Grace Karin: Vintage Dresses
I love vintage fashion. Unfortunately, it’s not easy to find NEW vintage pieces. See, if you’ve ever bought a garment 20+ years old, it tends to have a stiffness and sometimes even a strange odor. I can’t get past it. No matter how amazing that 70’s gold lame dress is, it’s going to have a funk to it. So, finding a line of clothing that is vintage inspired, but made of brand new material is EVERYTHING.
The Designer is Grace Karin and their pieces are vintage inspired, beautifully lady-like and has a touch of modern flare that keeps it current.
The Grace Karin team was founded in 2008. We have dedicated ourselves to creating the highest quality dresses on the market. I paired my new Grace Karin vintage dress with red pointed toe boots. The accents in the dress matched perfectly with them, although if I want venturing out in the snow, I’d layer a pair of black sheer tights and black combat boots. Throw my black leather moto jacket on top and my look gets instantly updated and weather appropriate. When Spring comes, I’ll really play on the vintage approach and wear a sheer turtleneck underneath with a pair of ballet flats. You could even switch out the belt with a wider, more statement piece to grab attention. This dress is perfection all four seasons.
