FP Movement Pippa Packable Puffer Review

I can’t keep this one to myself. Funny, how sometimes I compliment someone on their fit, ask where they got it and they won’t tell me. Almost like it’s a secret they must keep to themselves. I’m not like that. Once I find something fabulous, I must tell EVERYONE!! Like my new FP Movement Pippa Packable Puffer.

Living in Maine, the puffers come out in October. But most down jackets are made for subzero temperatures and you’re constantly putting it on, taking it off and let’s not forget the fact that you literally can’t wear a stylish down jacket over thick layers, unless you want to look like that kid from, A Christmas Story, that couldn’t put his arms down. It’s an art, really. Finding the perfect puffer that isn’t too oversized, too snug to layer, too warm and isn’t completely ugly.

I present to you, the holy grail of down jackets/puffers. The FP Movement Pippa Packable Puffer is lightweight, but warm. Like, I wear it on my walks in freezing temperatures, warm. It’s roomy, a bit oversized, if you ask me, but that’s exactly what you want when you need to layer a long sleeve tee, fleece and then a jacket over. The Pippa does it all. There’s not only room in the body, but also the sleeves. So clutch for layering over thicker pieces. And it comes in a gazillion colors and prints.

Now, at $188, this puffer is appropriately priced for how much you’re going to wear it. But why pay full price? I scored my Pippa (new with tags) for $98! How, you ask? Poshmark. If you aren’t currently shopping or selling on Poshmark, you’re totally losing out. 99.9% of the time, I can find brand new pieces, at a fraction of the price, on Poshmark. Use my code CHELSEAKRAYFASH when you sign up to get $10 automatically applied to your first purchase. I definitely recommend sizing down in this jacket. I’m wearing a size SMALL and I’m usually a MEDIUM.

That’s it. I’ve solved the world’s problems. Not really. But I did just solve winter’s biggest fashion mystery. Does the perfect winter jacket exist? Yes. It’s the FP Movement Pippa Packable Puffer.
